Faktor lain yang penting juga ketika ingin membeli rumah, biasanya pihak pengembang menawarkan beberapa opsi untuk pembelian rumah tersebut, misalnya ada yang menawarkan opsi pembelian rumah melalui pembiayaan, cash, atau pembayaran secara bertahap, tergantung dari pilihan masing masing konsumen. Dalam hal system pembayaran tersebut, kembali kepada Anda, manakah yang terbaik dan tidak membebani keuangan Anda. Mengapa hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian?
